Are you planning a special celebration?  In Living Colour Studio offers a flexible state of the art facility to host baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, engagement dinners etc.  

​

Event space booking is a minimal of 4 hours. This includes the time to set up and breakdown decorations.

​

This is not the option to choose for paint parties.  Event space does not come with any art supplies or instruction for painting.  No outside paint party vendors may booked  event space at In Living Colour Studio.

  • Venue capacity is 55 guests

  • Free Onsite Parking located in Midway Urban Apartments​

  • Nearby Parking Lot (Parking is in LUBY's Parking lots)

  • Street Parking located behind Midway Urban Apartments

  • An area for DJ/ Bluetooth sound system.

  • 2 Beautiful Photo Grass wall

  • Photobooth ( Add-on Option)

  • 4hours minimal 

  • $150 an hour 

 **Each Additional hour is $100.00

ILC Event Space

  • ILC prohibits any glitter, loose confetti or confetti balloons.  Any signs, banners, wall decor, balloon arches or garlands should be displayed on an arch, pole, or stand. Nothing is to be taped, pinned or secured to the walls.

  • A $250 refundable Security deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.  Security deposit is return withing 2 business days once Proprietor is satisfied that the facility was left in the condition in which it was given with no damage or loss to property.   The party host is responsible for the conduct of guests, removing and cleaning up all decorations and food, as well as making sure the venue is returned the same way it was rented to you. If there are any damages to the venue, your Security deposit will be FORFEITURE.
