Service Description
Event space booking is a minimal of 4 hours. This includes the time to set up and breakdown decorations. 4hours minimal =$150 per hour(plus tax) $125.00Covid Cleaning fee **Each Additional hour is $100.00 ******$250.00 Refundable Deposit is required to secure date. This deposit is not apart of venue rental fee but is a refundable deposit if all terms are met! Full balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event*** or 2 weeks depending on when Event was booked ILC prohibits any glitter, loose confetti or confetti balloons. Any signs, banners, wall decor, balloon arches or garlands should be displayed on an arch, pole, or stand. Nothing is to be taped, pinned or secured to the walls. A $250 Security refundable deposit is due for each booking to secure date and time. The party host is responsible for the conduct of guests, removing and cleaning up all decorations and food, as well as making sure the venue is returned the same way it was rented to you. * ** Security Deposit is refundable within two (2) business days once Proprietor is satisfied that the Facility was left in good condition after the event and no damage or loss. Proprietors reserve the right to retain Security Deposit If the full rental payment is not received on24 hours after Due Date. ILC Studio reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a deposit refund.
